CV Upload & Candidate Profiles
Candidates can now upload a CV and enrich their profile for employers.
We want to make it as easy as possible for candidates to put their best foot forward — and for employers to find the right people.
For candidates:
- Upload your CV (PDF, DOC, DOCX) from your profile settings
- Attach your stored CV when applying — no need to re-upload each time
- Add a professional headline and summary to your profile
- Link your LinkedIn profile
For employers:
- See candidate headline, summary, and LinkedIn on each application
- Download candidate CVs directly from the applicant dashboard
- CV links and LinkedIn URLs included in CSV exports
