General Manager / Venture Lead - Medical Cannabis Clinics (Europe)

Remote - Europe, with an initial focus on Czechia, followed by Switzerland and Poland Full Time Executive Remote $60,000 - $96,000 Business & Operations

About This Role

MindPsy Talent is advertising this opportunity confidentially on behalf of a publicly traded, vertically integrated international group launching a new generation of medically supervised mental health clinics across Europe.

The initial launch will focus on medical cannabis, forming the first stage of a broader mental health clinic model with a clear longer-term roadmap towards psychedelic-assisted therapies as regulations evolve.

The business model brings licensed medical clinics together with integrated dispensing points, creating a seamless and legally compliant patient journey. Consultation, diagnosis and prescribing will take place within a clinical setting, with medication dispensed alongside it under appropriate medical oversight.

The wider group has established cultivation operations in Thailand, international distribution, premium retail operations and a portfolio of ventures within the cannabis industry. It is now expanding into regulated European markets, beginning with Czechia, followed by Switzerland and Poland.

The company is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager / Venture Lead to become a key figure in the European launch and build the business from the ground up.

Working closely with the founders and international leadership team, the successful candidate will take ownership of market-entry strategy, regulatory execution, local partnerships, operations and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the market-entry and launch strategy, beginning with Czechia

  • Supporting subsequent expansion into Switzerland and Poland

  • Building relationships with clinics, physicians, regulators and commercial partners

  • Establishing the operational infrastructure required to launch and scale the clinic model

  • Leading local business development and go-to-market activity

  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships

  • Supporting local recruitment and team development

  • Working across clinical, regulatory, operational and commercial functions

  • Ensuring compliance within regulated healthcare and medical cannabis markets

  • Helping shape the longer-term expansion into psychedelic-assisted therapies as regulations evolve

This is a remote role, and relocation is not required. However, candidates must bring a strong practical understanding of the relevant local markets and regulatory environments.

What You'll Need

  • Experience launching or scaling a healthcare, medical cannabis, pharmaceutical or other regulated business

  • Business development, project launch or cross-functional experience within the cannabis industry

  • Strong knowledge of European regulated markets

  • A thorough understanding of relevant local regulations, particularly within Czechia, Switzerland or Poland

  • Experience developing relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, regulators or commercial organisations

  • Strong business development and partnership-building experience

  • The ability to translate strategy into practical market-entry and operational plans

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership

  • Confidence working within an early-stage, venture-builder environment

  • The ability to work remotely with founders and an international leadership team

  • The ability to operate effectively within an evolving and highly regulated market

No specific language requirement has been stipulated, but a strong practical understanding of the relevant local market and its regulatory environment is essential.

What You'll Get

  • Base compensation of approximately USD $5,000-$8,000 per month, depending on experience

  • Long-term incentive through either equity or revenue share

  • Fully remote working, with no relocation required

  • Opportunity to lead the European launch of a new clinical venture

  • Direct collaboration with the founders and international leadership team

  • Significant influence over market-entry strategy, operations and commercial growth

  • Opportunity to help shape the future development of an integrated medical cannabis and mental health clinic model

  • Potential involvement in the longer-term expansion into psychedelic-assisted therapies as regulations evolve
