Head of GTM, Antidepressants Support App
About This Role
Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions across media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine and technology.
One of its key portfolio products is Claro, an early-stage AI-powered mental health app supporting people who take antidepressants. Claro helps users track their progress, understand side effects, prepare for medical appointments and feel better supported throughout their treatment journey.
As Head of GTM, you will own Claro’s go-to-market strategy and help take the product from its early stages to repeatable, sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on, zero-to-one leadership role encompassing user discovery, product positioning, acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation. You will identify where Claro has the strongest product-market fit, test and validate growth channels, and build a scalable growth engine while maintaining trust, privacy and compliance within a sensitive mental-health category.
Key responsibilities
Lead structured user research and discovery to identify Claro’s strongest customer segments.
Develop and test the product’s positioning and messaging.
Use retention, cohort and behavioural data to strengthen product-market fit.
Test organic, paid, content and referral acquisition channels.
Own app store optimisation and implement paid user acquisition when channel fit has been established.
Establish privacy-compliant attribution and performance measurement.
Own the complete customer journey from installation and activation through to trial and subscription.
Develop lifecycle marketing, pricing, paywall and trial strategies.
Build a lean growth team and work closely with product, data and senior leadership.
Initial outcomes
Within the first three months, the successful candidate will be expected to:
Develop an evidence-based product-market fit thesis for Claro.
Define the priority user segment and validate the product’s positioning.
Establish a reliable retention benchmark.
Validate at least one repeatable acquisition channel against target customer acquisition and lifetime value metrics.
Increase organic installations through app store optimisation, content and referral activity.
Implement a reliable, privacy-compliant measurement and reporting system.
What You'll Need
At least six years’ experience in growth or go-to-market roles for consumer mobile applications.
Hands-on experience taking an early-stage product through, or close to, product-market fit.
A strong record of channel discovery, positioning experiments and converting retention signals into repeatable acquisition.
Practical experience with app store optimisation and paid user acquisition at scale.
Strong data fluency, including cohort analysis, CAC-to-LTV modelling, attribution, retention and incrementality testing.
Experience with mobile growth tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Firebase and GA4.
Experience launching consumer applications in the US and/or Western Europe.
An understanding of app-store dynamics and privacy regulations, including ATT and GDPR.
Genuine interest in mental health and mission-driven products.
Ability to balance commercial growth with user trust, privacy and regulatory compliance.
Healthtech, wellness or other regulated B2C experience is desirable but not essential.
Personal experience of taking antidepressants is highly preferred.
What You'll Get
Fully remote working across the UK and Europe.
Ownership of the go-to-market strategy for an early-stage mental health product.
Opportunity to build and lead a lean growth team.
Direct collaboration with product, data and senior leadership.
Mission-driven work focused on improving people’s experience of antidepressant treatment.

About Pink Elephant
About us
Pink Elephant builds infrastructure of products at the frontier of mental health on EU&US markets.
Mental health is a global crisis hiding in plain sight. Nearly 1 in 8 people live with a mental disorder. Depression and anxiety alone strip $1 trillion from the global economy every year. Conventional treatment leaves most patients cycling through mediocre solutions for years - undertreated, undersupported, and underinformed. Progressive therapies are showing results up to 10 times more effective than standard care. Yet fewer than 5% of people can access them.
We're here to close that gap.
Our portfolio spans two fronts. The first is psychedelics - building the media, vetted practitioners directory and education for both therapists and end users. Such a synergy is designed to make evidence-based psychedelic care a real option for the millions who need it, not just those lucky enough to know the right person. The second part is everyday mental healthcare - mental health diagnostics, antidepressant journeys, the unmet clinical touchpoints, the patients who leave a 20-minute appointment with a prescription and no roadmap.
States of Mind is a media platform exploring psychedelics, mental health, personal transformation, and human flourishing. We are building a media-first, video-first ecosystem designed to educate, inspire, and connect a global audience through podcasts, editorial content, social media, community programming, and expert-led conversations.
We are looking for an experienced Media & Communications Manager to help drive content distribution, audience growth, and brand consistency across all channels.
