Remote Recruiter - Psychedelic Medicine & Mental Health Innovation

About the Role

As part of the MindPsy Talent network, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and supporting exceptional professionals across psychedelic medicine, mental health, and clinical research.

You will work closely with both candidates and clients to build high-quality talent pipelines for some of the most innovative organisations in this emerging field.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage clinicians, researchers, and professionals within psychedelic medicine, mental health, and clinical research

• Build and manage candidate pipelines across roles including psychiatrists, Principal Investigators, clinical research staff, therapists, and site leadership

• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for specialist and often highly regulated roles

• Develop and maintain relationships with professionals across the psychedelic medicine ecosystem, including clinicians, researchers, and trial staff

• Collaborate with the MindPsy Talent network to deliver recruitment projects for clinics, CROs, and research organisations

• Maintain accurate candidate records and contribute to ongoing talent mapping within this emerging industry

What Success Looks Like

• Building a strong, engaged pipeline of high-quality candidates

• Successfully placing candidates into specialist roles across psychedelic medicine and clinical research organisations

• Developing trusted, long-term relationships within the psychedelic therapy and mental health innovation community

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search (ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research)

• Strong candidate sourcing and networking capabilities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• A genuine interest in psychedelic medicine, mental health innovation, or emerging therapeutic fields
