Remote Recruiter - Psychedelic Medicine & Mental Health Innovation

Source and engage clinicians, researchers, and professionals within psychedelic medicine, mental health, and clinical research Build and manage candidate pipelines for roles including psychiatrists, principal investigators, clinical research staff, therapists, and site leadership roles Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for specialist roles within the sector Build relationships with professionals across the psychedelic medicine ecosystem, including clinicians, researchers, and trial staff Work closely with the MindPsy Talent network to support recruitment projects for clinics, CROs, and research organisations Maintain candidate records and contribute to talent mapping within this emerging industry Success in this role looks like: Building a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates Successfully placing candidates into specialist roles within psychedelic medicine and clinical research organisations Developing trusted relationships within the psychedelic therapy and mental health innovation community

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search (ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research) Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Genuine interest in psychedelic medicine, mental health innovation, or emerging therapeutic fields
